I downloaded PocketBook directly from the Google Play Store. People might want to say “pocketbook reader app” to zero in on the right choice. I had a synced PocketBook account from some years ago and saw a bunch of titles I had added. With suitable adjustments, ePub books displayed beautifully, as did some PDF books from Google Books. Pocketbook has boldface and TTS options. The big negative is the interface. Far too graphical. More text, please. Still, a worthy choice. Thanks again for the tip. David
