I’m not familiar with President Obama’s early career, but Polifact says the slumlord accusation are mostly false:

It’s pretty obvious you have some pernicious racial biases Mr. Perry, and you’re making statements that are flatly untrue. Your comments about President Obama are overtly racist.

This is a Website on ebooks and related tech, not one on politics without tech involved; so I won’t get into an extended debate with you. But I would suggest that people type in Trump racism within Google News. There’s even an item from Mona Charon, no liberal: Speaking as a conservative, I’d say Trump’s Mount Rushmore speech really was racist.

Also, while I applaud dedicated, law-abiding police officers respectful of everyone’s rights, including one to life, I would refer you to the linked report showing that Black people are far more likely to be killed by police. Yes, race-related crime rates could be one explanation. But why are Black people so often arrested in the first place? Racism on the part of the police. Add in other factors such as lack of opportunities resulting from lousy schools and job discrimination, and the picture isn’t pretty.

David, you seem like a nice guy, so why do you engage in such ignorant hate speech? In Trump’s long public life he’s won numerous awards for civil rights. As president, he helped create record high black and Hispanic employment rates—and expressed pride in that. Contrast that to Obama, whose first job as a Chicago lawyer was defending slum lords on consigned black kids to rat-infested apartments. Those slum lords became his life-long friends.

And the bit about “murderous cops” is remarkably ill-informed. 93% of black murders are committed by other blacks. Only the heavy hand of police, both black and white, keeps those numbers from being even higher. Take away that heavy hand, and the black-on-black murder rates rise, as indeed it has in recent months. But then again, maybe you’re not ill-informed. Maybe you really do think young black males killing other young black males over a drug deal gone bad is fine. Perhaps you think of those killings, as some liberals do, as a belated abortion.

David, take the time to watch Trump’s Mount Rushmore speech. You’ll discover the lies that the liberal media told about it. Replace your bigotries with facts. Be informed for once.
